Manchester United’s quest for a 4th European crown will face a stern test when they welcome a Lionel Messi led Barcelona for the first leg of their quarter-final tie at Old Trafford on Wednesday night.
The Red Devils produced one of the greatest comebacks of all time to oust French giants PSG in the last round. After losing 2-0 at home in the first leg, Ole Gunnar’s side produced an attacking performance to win 3-1 in the second leg and advance on the away goal rule. Wednesday’s opponents are however no match to PSG and with them comes the best player in the World, Lionel Messi, who made it public at the end of last season that the only trophy he is interested in winning this season is the Champions League.
