Although they had previously said that they weren’t sure about adding a fourth child to the mix, it seems like they decided it was now or never. Reportedly, they are using the same gestational surrogate that carried baby Chicago. To protect the surrogate’s privacy, her name has never been revealed, and her face has never been shown on Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
Knowing the couple’s love of unique names, fans are already wondering what name they could choose for their fourth baby, which is a boy.
