The controversial ‘Abebo’ hitmaker, Akothee is always making headlines for different reasons. She has been trending after she reached out to hunger-stricken Kenyans at Turkana county. She donated food and water and even adopted a girl.

She is trending again after she shared photos of her while at labour ward at Karen Hospital. In the photos, she is seen in severe labour pain. Kenyans could not hesitate to react as they stormed the comments section with mixed reactions;
