Starehe MP disowns ‘Jaguar loan app’ conning Kenyans

Starehe MP Jaguar has today disowned the fraudulent Jaguar loan app that is conning unsuspecting Kenyans.

The application which can be downloaded on Playstore has his image featured making it seem like he is the face behind the application.

In this period where the economy is not quite stable, Kenyans have resorted to taking loans and this might be the reason why this app has targeted them.

As part of the advertising the app, the developer indicates that the app is intentional to save people whenever they are in need.

It goes further to explain of its efficiency “Loans makes it easy for you to access loans from your phone anywhere, any time.” reads from the text

The users are asked to fill their bank account details and apply for a loan they qualify and receive money to whichever Bank account they provide.

Some of the reviews ride along to the conmanship while others were quick to make it clear that it is a big scam.

The app has only been introduced recently since it is dated March 28th 2019. Have Kenyans fallen for this?

When the attention was brought to the Starehe MP who had identified the application. Jaguar disowned the app saying that this is indeed a fraud.

More people are finding easy ways to lure Kenyans and it is important to watch out.
