Zari crowned Tourism Ambassador of the Year

Ugandan Business Woman and Diamond’s Baby Mama Zari Hassan was crowned as Tourism Ambassador of the Year.

Zari was appointed Uganda’s ambassador for Tourism by Uganda’s Tourism minister Godfrey Kiwanda last year and although her appointment was partially criticized, people had predicted great success which will be the result of her actions and commitment.

Zari was awarded during the Ekkulatourism award ceremony which was held in Kampala, Uganda.

Ekkula PAT Awards and Exhibition is an annual activity that Researches, Nominates, Exhibits, Recognises and Awards those that selflessly put Uganda’s tourism to admirable heights. 

By winning this award only months after her appointment, Zari has proved to be an allround star, from business to serving her people and doing what is best for he country.

Ugandan people must be convinced she is indeed an agent of change and will continue to raise the bar higher.

Zari is currently in South Africa and her award was received by her CEO and manager on her behalf.
