Kuria picks fight with Uhuru again!

MP Moses Kuria has come back to haunt President Kenyatta once again, only months after a fierce fall-out that got Kenyatta raged.

During a Saturday church service in Nyamira, the controversial legislator who happens to be President Kenyatta’s MP, took on the President head-on once more on the deals signed with Uganda’s Yoweri Museveni.

“President Museveni was recently in the country and we signed some deals with him. However, these deals only favour Uganda and need to be reviewed.

“If the protocol states that we should import sugar, hens, and maize from Uganda then it will undermine Kenyan farmers,” Kuria explained.

Mr Kuria chellenged the President, urging members of parliament to review the deal that he said was an afront on the plight of local farmers.

Senate Speaker, Ken Lusaka chose not to speak about the hot Ugandan deal.

He instead urged politicians to focus on development.
