Artists launch the Chukua Selfie Campaign; Here is what it means

Kenyan Artists last night launched the Chukua Selfie campaign weeks after the release of the star studded collabo dubbed ‘Chukua selfie’

The artists behind this song are among the best in the music industry from Pioneer artist Juacali, Khaligraph Jones, Naiboi, Fena Gitu and other featured celebrities DJ Shiti, Taliya Oyando and Khaligraph Jones DJ.

Chukua Selfie is a campaign about responsible sex, knowing your HIV status using SELF – TEST KITS as a precaution for you and your partner. You should also seek further counseling and medical advice. 

After the song hit the music scene, many had questions on what the song is all about and although some had the idea that Chukua Selfie has a hidden meaning, it still wasn’t clear.

Chukua Selfie is not a phone promotion as some people has thought.Some Kenyans even said the song is a miss without an understanding of the message.

Already billboards have been put up to fuel the campaign and this is what Kenyans think after the explanation of what the song is about.
