State security services after compiling various briefs advised President Uhuru Kenyatta to visit DP William Ruto’s office at Harambee Annex in Nairobi to control rising political temperatures in Jubilee.
The visit was also diplomatic since it was ahead of the visit of Ugandan strong Yoweri Museveni in the country.
Museveni is set to visit the country this week and he’s close Deputy President William Ruto.
Museveni will be in Mombasa and it’s not known if ODM leader Raila Odinga will grace the function. Museveni does not see eye to eye with Odinga.
In African traditions when a visitor comes, fights within the family are always downplayed.
The Ugandan President has been keenly following Uhuru succession events as he set to go for presidency in 2021.Uhuru’s motorcade was seen at Harambee annex and the President is said to have joined his deputy for lunch.

The president walked to Ruto’s office after attending an event at KICC.Other sources say Uhuru is out to downplay the recent remarks he made in Namibia while on an official state visit on war against corruption.
The remarks that even if “you may be my closest political ally” were seen to be aiming at Ruto. Uhuru is feeling the heat as Jubilee MPs are pushing for parliamentary group meeting of the party ahead of state of the nation address on April 4th.
