Liverpool’s beating Germany side, Bayern Munich was not seen by many coming and that makes four teams from England that has qualified for the UEFA Champions League.

But what caught the eye of many was the gestures that Virgil was making towards Robertson and some thing that looked like e was shouting.

Virgil van Dijk was seen shouting at and gesturing to Andy Robertson following Liverpool’s Champions League win over Bayern Munich.

The Holland international netted the Reds’ second in their 3-1 win over the German giants on Wednesday to send them through to the quarter finals.

Liverpool are one of the strongest teams in the last 8, but will have to get a result in their next match without left-back Robertson.

The Scot picked up a yellow card very late on in Germany, which sees him suspended for Liverpool’s opening quarter final clash.

After Wednesday’s match Van Dijk played down the bad news, telling BT Sport: “Yes. It happens in the game but obviously it was a bit unlucky.

“We need to cover it up and we will we have plenty of quality in the squad to do so.”

However moments earlier he was seen shouting at his team-mate.

On first look it appears that the Dutchman is angry with Robertson, especially as he utters the words: “What are you doing?”

But it instead appears that Van Dijk is asking the left-back why he isn’t celebrating the win, suggesting he should be happy Liverpool are through despite his suspension.
