Firebrand and Ruto’s critic in rift valley now want Kenyans to join hands and declare corruption as a national disaster.
Nandi Hills MP Alfred has said that corruption is like a cancer and if Kenyans won’t join hands and rise against the vice, they will have no one to blame.
“I plead with you my fellow citizens of ROK, let’s all rise up together as a nation and fight against corruption. It is like cancer if we don’t win against it, then it is a matter of time before it wipes out the entire nation like never before,” the MP wrote on his twitter handle.
The MPs’ appeal comes in the wake of a section of Rift Valley leaders claiming that the war against graft is targeting leaders from a particular community in the region.
His sentiments are expected to rub the wrong feathers as his counterparts from rift valley are instigating Uhuru of targeting the Kalenjin Community.
Keter for long has been at loggerhead with the DP as he(Keter)accuse Ruto of stealing public money in preparations for 2022 campaign.
Earlier Keter led a team of Kalenjin leaders and warned corrupt politicians to carry their own cross without tagging the community.
“If there is a son of the Kalenjin community who has looted public funds he did it for himself and not for the community. There is no community in this war which is under threat. People should deal with their own muck without dragging us,” said Keter.
Ruto’s led camp has severally termed the MP as the gun for hire by some top jubilee operatives who are against Ruto’s presidency.
Already top notch Jubilee politicians from Mount Kenya region have vowed they will hold a demonstration across the Country if the DP will not warn his lieutenants’ against disrespecting the head of state.
Led by Nyeri MP Ngunjiri Wambugu and nominated MP Maina Kamanda, leaders have said that that if Ruto supporters won’t stop blackmailing the head of state Mount Kenya community 2wont support his candidature 2022.
