Anyone visiting Kenya at the moment would think that William Ruto is an opposition leader and Raila Odinga is the President while Uhuru is a powerless Vice President.
Ruto has been making a lot of noise on the Arror and Kimwarer Dams scandal. CS Henry Rotich and DPP Noordin Haji have confirmed that at least 21 billion shillings was lost.
Ruto on the other hand says that the money in question is about 7 billion and in fact it has not been lost since Jubilee is a responsible government. So Ruto is fighting the DPP and the Treasury CS.
