The self proclaimed NRM General has written a letter to the UK Minister of Interior Ben Wallace, warning him that Fred Matiang’i is a criminal who should not be welcomed in the UK.
Miguna was not happy with the fact that the Minister twitted the following picture of himself with Matiang’i.
