World Bank, UK weigh in on Kenya’s fight against corruption

Foreign agencies have stepped in to show their support for Kenya’s fight against corruption.

This is as the United Kingdom High Commissioner to Kenya Nic Hailey and the World Bank Country Director for Eritrea, Kenya, Rwanda and Uganda Carlos Felipe expressed their support during the ongoing Devolution Conference in Kirinyaga.

The UK High Commissioner pledged its support, while urging anyone indicted in the graft cases to step aside.

Mr Felipe on his part, posted on Twitter that the World Bank is committed to supporting devolution in Kenya.
