Kenyan businesswoman and socialite Huddah Monroe has revealed that she has an experience of being on 3 month dryspell.
Huddah made this revelation as part of the ongoing conversation on the Funga Duka movement.
This movement was initiated by the businesswoman who announced that they are teaching men how to respect women by denying them conjugal rights.
As the movement hits day 5, Huddah encourages ladies that it is possible to say no to sex and revealed that she is talking from a point of experience.
Huddah said that she once abstained for 3 months; she also added that sex is a distraction and ladies should use this opportunity to focus on something else for at least a month.
The Businesswoman is confident that if ladies focus on other issues the result will be counting achievements.
Huddah added that saying no to sex together with fasting and praying is the best thing that ladies can do to themselves since it teaches one to have a level of self control.
The Socialite however says that the day that ladies decided to get back to saying yes to sex they need to get a man who has the stamina to withstand the act.
