The Great Lesson President Kenyatta Learnt from His Late Friend Thayu Kabugi

We all have that one friend we value so much and everything always seems not right when he/she is not around.

We all have that one person we learnt a lot from, that one person who taught us great values in Life and in the process maanged to change our lives.

President Uhuru Kenyatta had a friend, a friend from whom he learnt.

Kamau Thayu Kabugi is a man President Uhuru loved and cared for.

He eulogised him as ahard-workingg businessman who worked for years before amassing wealth.

“He was a symbol of how it can be to be a great Kenyan and we would not have been here, were it not for the respect he showed in his life,” Uhuru said.

He said Kabugi was a good example to his family and Kenyans. The Head of State said some Kenyans wake up with nothing, but get rich within days.

Meanwhile, the President called on Kenyans to join forces in the war on graft since it is only through it that the Country’s future will be able to safeguard it’s future.

It is important for Kenyans to work together in the war on graft because it is the only way to safeguard the country’s future, Uhuru said.

“We cannot continue with this trend.” He asked leaders to stop politicking and focus on working for Kenyans.
