One of Kepa Arrizabalaga’s Chelsea teammates has appeared to hint the goalkeeper will be dropped for the Premier League clash with Tottenham on Wednesday night.

The 24-year-old refused to be substituted in the final moments of Sunday’s Carabao Cup final defeat to Manchester City and was on Monday fined one week’s wages for the incident which angered manager Maurizio Sarri.

The Spaniard has since apologised to his manager and teammates but it appears Sarri may have still decided to take action.

Verdict And Four Reasons Why Liverpool Won’t Win PL Title

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer does not think Liverpool have what it takes to win the Premier League title – and reckons his Manchester United side have the edge over their great rivals.

Jurgen Klopp’s side moved back to the top of the Premier League on Sunday courtesy of their 0-0 draw at Old Trafford on Sunday, though the Reds manager bemoaned what many felt was a great chance to beat their rivals after they suffered four key first-half injuries.

However, despite being a point ahead of Manchester City, it is Pep Guardiola’s side who are clear favourites to win the title, and ahead of a key midweek programme, you can see our Predictions here.

“He thinks they are very one dimensional, lacking creativity.

“He certainly has faith that his team are a better outfit.”

The Red Devils will lose against Crystal Palace this evening because they have too many injuries.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side are unbeaten in the league since Jose Mourinho was sacked in December.

But they travel to Selhurst Park this evening with 10 key first-team players missing.

Marcus Rashford is expected to miss out after playing much of Sunday’s draw with Liverpool with an ankle problem.

Ander Herrera, Nemanja Matic and Anthony Martial are also among those sidelined and Solskjaer is set to name a second string line-up against Palace.

The Eagles are flying following Saturday’s stunning 4-1 win at Leicester.

And Merson believes Roy Hodgson’s side will continue their impressive form tonight.

“He said before that he was just going to leave it and observe from up there. He said call the subs yourself and just get on with it but he’s going to bring something special to the club.

“He spoke and the lads were in awe listening to him. He said ‘I’ve only left to come here for one reason and that’s to work with this group of players’. That speaks volumes for this young group of players.”
