Johnson Osoi, the County Assemblies Forum (CAF) chairman, has stated stritctly that all corrupt officials should be prosecuted, even if they hold top positions in the country.
Speaking at the Star at Enchula Resort in Kajiado, he singled out
Samburu County that has alleged tendering scam valued at Sh2 billion.
Indeed, he has also stated that anyone that has pilfered from public coffers should be prosecuted for their sins.

“County assembly forum which I sit as chair is a noble position in the leadership of this country and should not be seen as a union that defends county leaders from being arrested for squandering public money,”
Additionally, EACC has launched investigations into Samburu and further lined up a large number of officials in the County to explain the reasons as to why there are large sums of money currently reflecting in their account.
Osoi will be meeting up with EACC boss Twahib Mbarak to discuss some of the key ailments in the county that are aiding corruption.
