Late Malindi OCPD remembered as a good officer

Malindi OCPD Matawa Muchangi who died has been praised as a hard working officer.

He passed away at Mombasa Hospital last Sunday night where he had been admitted over the weekend.

Matawa is beleived to have died of a heart problem
