The Duchess of Cambridge has a secret stash of wealth; this one is not from her husband’s family, no! but the princess used to work hard even before she was married to royals and of cos lets not forget that she comes from a rich family.

Before she married Prince William she was working as a part-time accessories buyer for Jigsaw, Kate was doing well, with what TIME estimated to be a net worth of £5.3million .
Interestingly, Kate’s net worth is thought to be bigger than the Duchess of Sussex’s, news.com.au reports.
This is estimated to be worth just over £3 million, despite Meghan having been a successful actor and calligrapher in her own right.
Still, £3 million is hardly a paltry sum…

Kate’s fortune is largely from parents Carole and Michael Middleton, who struck gold with their party planning business (which Kate also worked for, part-time).
Also thought to be contributing to the money pot are stakes in racehorses and owning other properties in Bucklebury, Berkshire.
What’s more, because the Duchy of Cornwall essentially pays for the upkeep of the Cambridges, Kate may not need to dip into her fortune too much.
