An Indian and Kenyan nationality suspected of human trafficking will be held five days for police to finish their investigations.

The state had requested 15 days to keep in custody
Kenyan Patroba Odhiambo Tobia and Indian Patel Ketulkumar Govindbhai, however, just this period was allowed.

Through legal representative Abdul Agonga, the two told the court that their offence qualified for a bail and that a 15-day confinement period was excessively long.

Agonga said Thursday that there was no convincing reason to deny his customers the opportunity.

It is suspected that the two are associated with the carrying of individuals to different goals with an intention of fabricating visas and travel papers.

Police seized the presumes’ telephones and different things for scientific examination.

Milimani judge Bernard Nzakyo said the case will be referenced on February 26.
