Kenyan Gospel Artist and TV Host Joyce Omondi has shared the inspiration behind her recently released song dubbed ‘Tumaini’
In a series of tweets, Joyce Omondi gave a detailed explanation of what ‘Tumaini’ is all about.
The Singer says that ‘Tumaini’ is a song based on one of her most favorite Scriptures – Jeremiah 29:11 which says, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.”

Joyce Omondi also added that Jeremiah 29:11 is a verse that provided profound comfort to her when she was just 11 years old and carried her through some very difficult times in the years to come, and she has held onto it ever since.
The gospel artist also encouraged souls that God really does have the best in store for us all.
She also encouraged people to cling onto hope with the believe that when we are hopeful, we can be assured that no experience in our lives is wasted.
Omondi has been in ministry and the gospel space for years with her lifestyle serving as a testimony and fruits of being in Christ.
