Wema Sepetu grateful to Tanzanian governmemt for lifting ban on her

Sometimes things blow up on our faces to make sure that after we survive we will forever reflect on our lives before making decisions in the future.This has been the story of a Tanzanian celebrity Wema Sepetu.

Following the emergence of the raunchy photos, Wema took to social media and apologised to Tanzanian government, Tanzanians and her fans for such behaviours.

However, her apology did not really convince TFB who banned her indefinitely in a move that barred Wema from taking part in any film production.

In December, the actress publicly pleaded with TFB to lift the ban, saying she was losing business deals and money as a result of the ban.

Wema has been allowed to finally work after being banned for about five months.

A film board representative explained that the ban was lifted on the basis of an agreement with the actress. The actress has so far satisfied 75% of the requirements set in the agreement.

After the announcement on Monday, Wema took to social media to thank her fans, the film board and Tanzanian President John Magufuli saying that the last six months were not easy for her.
