Manchester United fans are excited by the prospect of signing Chelsea hotshot Callum Hudson-Odoi after their FA Cup win on Monday.
Eagle-eyed fans spotted Ole Gunnar Solskjaer making a special effort to seek out Hudson-Odoi and shake his hand after their 2-0 win at Stamford Bridge.
Hudson-Odoi was the subject of an intense transfer war with Bayern Munich and reportedly submitted a transfer request before staying put in January.
But with the Blues struggling under Maurizio Sarri, the 18-year-old still struggling to gain regular first team action.
He has played just 19 minutes since the transfer window closed and was left on the bench in last night’s FA Cup defeat sparking increased speculation he’ll exit in the summer.
Red Devils supporters now reckon they could swoop – and they are excited by the prospect of landing the highly-rated talent.
One fan stated “please please sign and play him” and admitted they’d love the prospect of seeing him alongside the likes of Paul Pogba, Jesse Lingard and Marcus Rashford.
Another added they hoped he was telling him to “leave Chelsea so he can get some game time” whilst another joked Hudson-Odoi was thinking “please take me” as he looked at Solskjaer.
