The Mombasa county boss has instituted legal proceedings against his Nandi counterpart Joshua Sang’, MPs Oscar Sudi, Kimani Ichung’wah and Didimus Baraza for linking him to the narcotics trade. In the legal suit, Joho accuses the four of soiling his reputation, integrity and personality and that they are linked to his future political ambitions.

Joho confirms that the remarks portrayed him as a criminal, corrupt and a dishonest person and were a projection of anger towards him in a bid to gain political mileage.

Sang, who is a lawyer, confirmed he had received a letter from Joho, asking him to furnish him with evidence.

Joho must know we speak from facts and we will stop at nothing to save our youths from the harmful businesses. Wait and see how he (Joho) will be shocked,” said Sang.
