Music industry in mourning following the sudden death of renowned Tanzanian Rapper Jacob Golden popularly known as Godzilla aka King Zilla who passed on days after releasing his latest album .
Reports indicated that Kingzilla passed on, on last night after a short illness at their home in Salasala, Dar es Salaam.
His body was taken to Lugalo mortuary.

In early 2007 Godzilla participated in a freestyle battle, he didn’t win but that freestyle battle was a huge success for him as a platform.
In 2009 Godzilla was among the artistes who performed at the Serengeti fiesta tour, with Busta rhymes as its international act.
In 2010 and 2011 was on stage at Serengeti fiesta sharing the platform with Ludacris. In 2012 he hit the same stage with Rick Ross who had graced the grand finale of Tigo Fiesta.
