A murder mystery involving a non mysterios mistress is unearthing more details over the cold muerder of the legal wife in a love triangle gone sour.
An employee of Judy Wangui, the main suspect in the murder of Mary Wambui, has confessed that her boss made her cover-up the murder scene after the atrocious act.
Wangui’s house help narrated to homicide detectives from DCI, who have now taken over investigations, that she was made to wash Mary’s blood off the floor of Judy’s apartment at Fourways Junction.
She also told the officers that Joseph Kori, Mary’s husband, was not at the house which has been declared the primary crime scene.
The house help’s statement contradicted Judy’s which stated that Joseph hit his wife Mary repeatedly on the head with his gun.
Michael Mathenge, a taxi driver who was allegedly hired by Judy, turned the heat on her after he told police that the murder suspect blackmailed him into helping her dispose of Mary’s body.
After loading the body into a white Mercedes Benz, they reportedly left the premises in separate cars, heading for a dam in Ruiru where they dumped the body.
