Kenyans parents have been sharing a banter that is aimed at creating awareness to their children in relation to ‘rape’.
Children at times ask ‘hard’ questions and as a parent you might be unable to answer in the most suitable and informative way.
However parents need tips so as to have sessions with their children on sexual education and at the same time share age appropriate information with them.
I am no expert but this message that is making rounds online is the most creative and informative thing that I have come across.
With the ongoing cases of rape and assault, here is a list of things that every parent should teach their child.
PANTS
P- Private parts are private nobody should touch them.
A- always remember, your body is yours and yours alone
N- no means no do not give into pressure
T -there are no secrets from mommy/ daddy if anyone tries something tell mom/dad
S- say something so I can do something about it
