Following the deadly Dusit D2 terror attack that claimed 21 lives and scores injured Kenyans have been more alert.
Two foreigners believed to be of Pakistani origin cheated death after they were rescued from lynching by Military Police officers from Moi Barracks,Uasin Gishu County.
Members of the public confronted the two after they spotted them roaming around the barracks’ environs.
They threatened to lynch the foreigners on suspicion that they were terrorists.
It was at this point that the officers from the Moi Barracks rushed to their rescue and took them to the Eldoret West Police Station.
A top officer at the station, while confirming the incident stated that the two were in the station and police were trying to unearth their Identities and their mission.
“We do not want to speculate, we want to give enough time to discover who these people are.
