President Yoweri Museveni of Uganda is currently reported holding a secret meeting with the Chief Oppositions wife Ms. Winnie Byayima who is the Director of Oxfams International.
Ms.Byayima is the wife to Kizza Besigye, who is the biggest critic of Museveni’s administration.
The two former Bus war comrades met in Switzerland on the sidelines of Davos Economic summit and discussed regional intergration , promoting peace, security in East and horn of Africa.
Museveni has been on the receiving end for his dictatorial rule and punishing the opposition with the recent one being Bobi Wine who has faced his wrath thoroughly.
