German side eyeing Chelsea star

German Bundesliga club Schalke 04 have reportedly joined the race to sign Victory Moses in the ongoing January transfer window.

According to German media reports, Schalke have specifically targeted the Chelsea right winger in order to assist the club in their quest to avoid relegation.

After 18 matches in the German Bundesliga, The Royal Blues are provisionally sitting at 14th in the standings, with only five points separating them from VfB Stuttgart, who occupy the 16th position.
Schalke 04 are interested in signing Moses on loan for the rest of the season but the stumbling block to a deal is the player’s weekly wage of 130,000 pounds.
Fulham and Crystal Palace could also be priced out of a deal due to Moses’s high wages.
It is confirmed that Turkish club Fenerbahce are also working on a deal to sign the former Nigeria international, who is contracted to Chelsea until the summer of 2021.
