After confusion and allegations surrounding foreign dancers who were , the government finally struck it’s whip on them and had them deported.
The imported dancers have ragged their anger on CS Matiang’i who is considered through his ministry approved their deportation.
Through their lawyer they want CS Matiang’i to cough 9.1 million for illegal deportation.Who will Matiang’i pay first, Miguna Miguna or Echesa’s bale dancers?

The 8 Pakistani women alongside one Indian dancer were deported for violating terms of their temporary passes that allowed them into Kenya, allegedly to promote transnational culture.
However, the women, all aged above 18 and suspected to have been victims of human trafficking were arrested at a social club in Parklands, and arraigned in court on charges of being in the country illegally.
A statement from the Ministry of Interior Saturday evening said the women had been deported for violating regulation 26 (3) of of Kenya Citizenship and Migration regulations, by engaging in activities outside of what was specified in their entry documents.
