Miguna breaks down a budget for the Ksh 7M state compensation

Has Miguna Miguna already been paid the Ksh 7 million state compensation? Last week, Justice chacha Mwita made a ruling on Miguna’s citizenship. In his ruling, Justice Mwita found out that Miguna was a Kenyan Citizen by birth, and that he had not lost his Kenyan Citizenship by acquiring Canadian citizenship. Since Miguna’s rights had been continuously violated, the judge in his ruling directed the state to pay Miguna Miguna a sum of Ksh 7 million for violation of his rights, and Ksh 270,000 as a compensation for the damages caused on his house during his forceful arrest.

Although the state through Attorney General Paul Kihara Kariuki had appealed for the ruling, Miguna Miguna went ahead to break down the budget. On Tuesday, through his official twitter account, the vibrant lawyer made an official announcement of his global tour.

In a tour, which he has termed as “book launches and global book tour”, Miguna Miguna will be launching his book dubbed TREASON: The Case Against Tyrants & Renegades.

This is a costly tour since he has scheduled the launch in six different cities across the world. The launch will kick off between Mid January 2019 and is set to go on until the end of February 2019, just the month he was first deported to Canada.

Miguna is set to launch the book in Toronto (Canada), US cities, London, Germany, Johannesburg and Nairobi. He has hence asked his followers and supporters to Spread the word and Place orders online.

Don’t you think the tour scheduled by Miguna Miguna is expensive? Do you think he is targeting the state compensation to cater for his global tour?
