Most people say it is very rare to see a man break down emotionally until his tears start trickling down their cheeks. It is true a mans’ tears is just like that of a crocodile.
But some extents they fail to hold the tears and the manhood is kept a side. It is with no doubt that man have that cordial relationship with their mothers. That is absolutely true.
Twalib Mbarak, the man Kenyans are now counting on to help them fight with corruption should he get Parliament’s approval is not new to Public Service having held various Positions of the same nature in the past.
Those who have interacted with Mbarak in professional and social circles describe him as soft-spoken, decisive and down-to-earth.
The former military intelligence officer was nominated by the EACC as its new CEO on November 30. He emerged tops in a pool of 14 candidates. The interviews were held from November 27 to 29.
Appearing before the committee , Twalib failed to express the history of his mother but it turned out to be an emotional scene. Twalib said that his mother was married as an orphan at the age of 16.
Twalib failed to continue and the panel vetting him was forced to skip that part as it had turned out to be more emotional than ever.
