A Kenya visit is never complete without visiting the World’s Wildlife Capital. Rio Ferdinand know the same and the premier league defender of his era dint miss the morning sunrise to enjoy his breakfast in the jungle.
Former Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand has arrived in Nairobi from to engage in a series of activities and events with football lovers.

During the visit, which has been organised by Guinness, he will meet local football teams at a football camp where he will also be joined by Tabitha Njoroge the renowned Kenyan Premier League football referee, who won the title of best referee in Kenya amongst both male and female counterparts in 2014 and Radio personality Carol Radull.
He will meet the 12 winners of the Guinness consumer promotion as well as Guinness staff and retailers.
In addition, he will join fans Made of More for a Guinness Fanzone for an afternoon of English Premier League games Here, up to 3,500 fans who have purchased tickets will watch the game live with Rio.
“Rio Ferdinand is truly a footballer Made of More and we’re very excited to be bringing him here to Kenya to reward Guinness drinkers.
“Over the two days we will be embarking on a whole host of different activities giving him a real insight into the passion that there is for football in this country. He will have the opportunity to meet lots of football fans who are Made of More,” said Guinness Marketing Manager, Nduku Wamaka.
During his career at Manchester United, he won six Premier League titles and 14 trophies, including the Champions League.
