A photo of Orange Democratic Movement and Jubilee digital strategist Pauline Njoroge has emerged online creating speculations on whether Raila Odinga could have hired her following his appointment as the AU High Representative for Infrastructural Development.

The two were pictured together in Harare, Zimbabwe on Monday and a moment after the latest handshake, Ms Njoroge could not hide her joy on social media.
