Harambee Stars receive Wanyama, Olunga boost

Unlike the Ghana match, Harambee Stars Coach Sebastian Migne has a full squad ahead of Ethiopia match set for Wednesday, October 10, 2018, at the Bahir Dar Stadium.

A total of five players jetted out of the country to Ethiopia on Saturday. The five were goalkeeper Farouk Shikhalo, Abdallah Hassan, Gor Mahia duo Philemon Otieno and Francis Kahata as well as Kakamega Homeboyz forward Allan Wanga.

They were joined by Pitson Mutamba, Patrick Matasi, Dennis Odhiambo, Bernard Ochieng who jet to Ethiopia on Monday. The foreign-base group which has the likes of Victor Wanyama, Ismael Gonzales, David Ochieng and Eric Johanna is also in the camp.

Goalkeeper Farouk Shikalo, Philemon Otieno, Francis Kahata, Abdallah Hassan and Allan Wanga who together with head coach Sebastien Migne had travailed to Ethiopia on Saturday took part in a training session Monday evening with the rest of the players.

While the second session will be on Monday. The return match will be played after four days on October 14, 2018 at Moi International Sports Center, Kasarani.
