The arrest of Chinese nationals who were in possession of Military uniforms including other things has raised questions among Kenyans following the announcement of the Immigration Office. This is not the first time that foreigners have been arrested and even deported from the country over illegal activities. Some Kenyans are linking these activities to the huge debt that still remains unpaid. Is there any connection between the two? Well Kenyans have asked the DCI to probe into the matter since all this seem like it was planned and calculated.
The 5 arrested Chinese Nationals have been using hired vehicles, one of the cars has been seized. The Chinese are now held at the Nyayo House. Items recovered are, Radio Calls, Military uniforms, laptops metal detectors and many others. They will be detained for sometime as the investigating agencies do further investigations.
It is time you thoroughly vet people entering this country. With Chinese interest in Africa ever growing, we risk being a base for mercenaries
