Kenya may soon fail to sustain the current wage bill following the high remuneration that political leaders receive.
The allowances stipulated on top of their salaries are too high which makes them earn a lot at the expense of the tax payers whose taxing rate has already gone high.

For how long can Kenyans sustain this! pic.twitter.com/IUJxHQavgI— JOE MUHAHAMI (@Muhahami) September 26, 2018
This has caused a lot of reactions from Kenyans on twitter who feel pained for being taxed highly to cater for this high wage bill.
They are angrily now demanding for scrapping of the woman representative post which they say is similar to the member of parliament’s post.
Some are even demanding for the scrapping of the Members of county assembly posts who earn close to Ksh. 504,000 monthly.
They cant we need a referendum asap.
