The Kenya Film Classification Board CEO Dr. Ezekiel Mutua ha yet again reacted to High Court’s uplift on ” Rafiki” film.
He has allowed willing adults to watch the film so long as children are not admitted in the screening of the Kenyan shot film.
Mutua who has classified the short film under a list of Kenyan Problems has shown the board’s concern on the debate around homosexual content and the insidious agenda by foreign NGO’s to promote it.
The film “Rafiki” as an entity, is the least of our problems. Willing adults can watch it as long as children are not admitted in the screening. Our concern is the bigger debate around homosexual content and the insidious agenda by foreign NGOs to promote homosexuality in Kenya

After the court uplifted his ban on the short movie last week, Mutua dared Kenyan film theaters to screen the movie, threatening to take action against them.
It is now a big win to the Kenyans who have been longing to watch the movie as the film owners start earning more chances of winning oscars the more the theaters screen the movie.
