Manchester United forward Antony Martial sent Manchester United fans into a frenzy with his performance in the team’s UEFA Champions League match with Swiss side Young Boys.
The Frenchman started the Champions League opener and did not disappoint expecting supporters.Alexis Sanchez was the man who made way for Martial but it’s safe to say United didn’t miss him.The former AS Monaco man grabbed the club’s third goal of the night in the 3-0 victory, making a case for Jose Mourinho to start him in the next fixture.
Anthony was also spotted thanking the away fans and was the last Red Devils’ player to leave the pitch.
Though there have been doubts over his future due to his agent’s comments, Martial celebrated his goal by tapping the Manchester United badge.Of course that’s hardly the actions of a player on his way out of the club but fans won’t rest easy until his new contract is signed and sealed.
Perhaps Anthony can take advantage of Marcus Rashford‘s suspension in the Premier League and attempt to win himself a consistent spot in the starting XI.Sanchez hasn’t set the league alight so far so there’s also room for the 22 year old to take over there if he truly tried.
Manchester united fans were calling for the Frenchman to get more game time ahead of Chile’s Alexis Sanchez..
Anthony Martial deserved that goal. What a counter attack that was from Manchester United. Martial has been so positive and effervescent. First goal since January, will do him the world of good.

Advice to the Frenchman..
That goal will do some wonders for Martial's confidence. He needed something like this to get him going again. If he stops listening to the Martial FC idiots & listens to his manager, he will be fine.Martial FC is a bunch of losers & excuse makers. No serious human listens to them

Alexis who?
Let me tell you about the agenda & frustration some of us are talking about, Re Martial:
He's done more tonight than Sanchez [with regular starts has done in months], but guess what? Sanchez's jersey for Saturday is ironed regardless….
But, you know, "he should fight".
