The Kenya Pipeline Company is has been on the spot for the past couple of weeks for all the wrong reasons. The Company’s Board has been accused of graft right from the board members, to the ministry and the managers, a letter addressed to the DCI George Kinoti, DPP Noordin Haji, EACC and President Uhuru Kenyatta indicated.
The letter highlighted how billions of shillings have been lost through corrupt dealings in various projects. First is the KPC Line 5 Project contract where a sum of Ksh48.4 Billion was paid and those who benefited from the project include the company’s Managing Director Charles Tanui who is said to have received Ksh300 million in Dubai and another Ksh100 million in Kenya through the brother Daniel Tanui, MD Mitchellcotts, Abdi Hussein MD Nandi Tea and a Mr Terikin of Total security, among other numerous cases of corruption.
Kenyans were clearly agitated by the allegations and spent the better part of Tuesday morning calling for the removal of the company’s CEO Joe Sang.

Corrupt people are being 'arrested' then released kimpango. What happened to the NYS thieves????
As kenyans we must take justice into our own hands,Tuwachome kama vile common thieves hufanywa kwa vijiji these Corruption cartels wametuzoea sana.— THE BOSS LADY™ (@wangari_kamunye) September 11, 2018
This however made a lot of sense..
DCI has confirmed that KPC’s top management are under investigations, the offices had already been raided for evidence collection. I don’t see why they should continue to occupy space. Can easily interfere with investigations which I understand are almost done #SackJoeSang

And this..
in the words of Mr Haji Our country is being torn apart by people who have been placed in positions of trust and who in turn abuse this trust. Those in positions of service must submit to the constitutional precepts of integrity #SackJoeSang
