Just how do you carry Ksh 10 million? That’s the question on everyone’s lips after it emerged that Deputy President William Ruto carried the money in bags to Kajiado County for a goats auction.
The hustler bought 1400 hundred goats to be divided equally between himself and his boss President Uhuru Kenyatta.
Speaking during the NHIF medical cover initiative dubbed “Mbuzi Moja, Afya Bora, the DP said the money raised will help in fulfilling part of the Agenda four promised by President Uhuru Kenyatta.
“Health is one of our four agendas that we in Jubilee government promised Kenyans. I am very happy to see it fulfill,” said Ruto.
But Kenyans don’t understand where Ruto got all the money, especially at this tough economic times as the country tries to come to terms with the new 16% tax on fuel.
Kenyans are worried about the small increase on fuel yet some Kenyans walk around with millions. Ruto just carried 10 million in a bad to Kajiado

Kenya’s deputy president William Ruto just spent 5m of his own cash on goats at a charity auction in Kajiado. That’s 3 months salary for Ruto! What generosity! If he keeps doing this his family are soon going to struggle to put food on the table. He must think of his poor kids!

his salary is a bit over a mill
but no one in kajiado will question that, they’ll gather like sheep at their fellow goats’ auction all the while echoing their deep fake anger against the 16% VAT https://t.co/cYlVDmHi2j— Slim (@KeithGacheru) September 3, 2018
DP Ruto carries kshs. 10 Million cash to Kajiado goat auction. Spends a whooping kshs. 5 million on 700 goats.
Why is Henry Rotich imposing a 16% tax on fuel when there is plenty??
KANU politics in play store!
