Noordin Mohamed Haji

DPP Noordin Haji has written a complaint letter to the Nation Media Group demanding an apology over what he termed as a misleading article.

In the article titled, ‘I will bring down the high and mighty’the author Sam Kiplagt writes that he spoke with the DPP on phone.

“Noordin Haji has been swift in ordering arrest of corruption suspects but will he secure convictions?

That has been the one-million-dollar question on Kenyans’ minds as the director of public prosecutions continues to drag the high and mighty to court.” reads part of the article.

But Noordin Haji has released a statement saying that he has not any telephone conversation with the author of the article.

‘The DPP has not at any time, in his press releases or press conferences said that he will bring down the high and the mighty as alleged by the misleading headline in the fight against corruption.’ reads part of the statement.
