Neymar or Mbappe can end up in Real Madrid this summer if the UEFA sanctions the PSG

UEFA will make a final decision on whether Paris Saint-Germain violated the financial fair bill. According to the Spanish media zero radio station, if Paris is finally convicted for violating the bill, they will therefore be punished, Real Madrid has the hope to sign Neymar or Mbape.

Zero radio reporter Fernando Burgos cited three possible situations after Paris Saint-Germain was found guilty of a violation.

First, if PSG is forced to sell players to meet the fiscal fair terms, Real Madrid can reopen negotiations with Neymar. Zero station said that the two sides had reached an agreement before, although Neymar has stated that he will stay in Paris.

Second, if FIFA prohibits Paris from re-purchasing players, they will not be able to buy Mbape as scheduled. Mbape’s rental contract expires on August 27 this year, after which he will return to Monaco if he cannot buy it out. This situation will lead to negotiations between Real Madrid and Monaco.

In the last case, the Paris side may only be subject to economic penalties, and there will be no ban on their transfer. In this case, Real Madrid has no hope of signing Neymar or Mbape.
