Manchester United eye £92m double swoop for Ivan Perisic and Ante Rebic after their impressive World Cup campaign with Croatia. Both players had a key role in helping their country reach the final in Russia, defeating England along the way in the semi-finals. According to the Sun, those performances have caught the eye of United boss Jose Mourinho, who had been working as a pundit for Russia Today during the tournament.
Mourinho is a long-term admirer of Perisic, having tried to land the Inter midfielder previously. And he could be prepared to return for the 29-year-old, as well as putting together a bid for Eintracht Frankfurt star Rebic. It is thought the club are willing to stump up £92million for the pair.
