According to numerous reports out of Croatia on Monday, Nikola Kalinic has been kicked out of the national team squad.
Kalinic, the 30-year-old striker who scored six goals in 41 games for AC Milan this season, has been dismissed for bad behaviour against Nigeria.
According to reports, manager Zlatko Dalic wanted to bring on Kalinic in the Nigeria game but the forward refused.
