AC Milan captain Leonardo Bonucci has quashed rumours linking him with a move away from the San Siro.
Bonucci shocked Italian football last summer when he moved from a dominant Juventus after their sixth successive Serie A title.
There had been high hopes for Milan after they invested in the squad, but results were not reflected on the pitch.
Bonucci has been linked with a move to Old Trafford but the 31-year-old has moved to dismiss the notion he could depart the San Siro this summer.
‘There is no problem whatsoever [at Milan]. I hope these rumours will be put to bed so we can build something important. We’re aiming to return to the Champions League and to compete for big objectives.’ He said.
