Argentina FA president Claudio Tapia has heaped praise on the Barcelona forward Lionel Messi, labelling him the best player on the planet.
‘He gives a lot to Argentine soccer, let’s face it,’ he said. The growth we have in the AFA is because we have the best player in the world.’ Tapia said.
Tapia is hopeful that the forward will lead Argentina to a decent finish in the summer World Cup kicking off later this week.
