Andre Villas Boas in the run to replace Zidane at Madrid

Former Spurs and Chelsea boss Andre Villas Boas has emerged as a shock candidate for the vacant Real Madrid manager’s position, according to reports in Spain.

The 40-year-old has been out of a job since quitting Shanghai SIPG in November 2017.

Following Zinedine Zidane’s shock departure just a few days after guiding to Real Madrid to a third consecutive Champions League title, AVB is now being mooted as the Frenchman’s replacement, according to AS.
