Arsenal’s new head of Football Development Marcel Lucassen has his eyes set on setting a new football philosophy at the club. He’ll begin his job on August 1st when he’ll be tasked with overseeing coaching and the development of young players from U9 to U23.
“What I’m going to do at Arsenal is to further develop the football philosophy, as I did earlier with Al Nasr and the German Football Association, and it was time to start working closer to home,” he said as per a report from a reliable Dutch publication.
